CLASS 1: Sauce is Boss: Noodle Bowls and Salad Goals

This vibrant 2.5-hour workshop dives into the art of tantalizing sauces and dressings to spruce up your summer salad making, grilling and noodle bowls—where the grill meets the garden. You’ll learn to combine grilled vegetables and proteins with seasonal fruits, berries, fresh herbs, and zesty dressings. Perfect for anyone who wants to turn simple summer ingredients into stunning, nutrient-packed meals.

Includes:
Demonstration and sampling for 4 different dishes with recipe package and charts to take home for dozens of variations.

In this vibrant Summer Sips & Backyard Bites Cooking Demo & Tasting Workshop, you’ll receive guides on assembling stunning charcuterie-style boards and sample a multitude of bites, including a roasted vegetable tartlet, chocolate covered peanut butter ice cream bar, and refreshing spritzer drinks with raspberries, citrus, and mint. End on a sweet note with gluten-free, dairy-free lemon custard pies—perfect for your next sun-soaked get-together.

Hi, I'm Kristin!

I’m a Food and Healing Chef, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, and the founder of Inner Glow Getter.

I’m here to help you feel more confident in the kitchen — so you can stop stressing about what to eat, keep your energy up, and feel really good in your body. Think delicious, easy-to-make meals that actually support your long-term health (without being boring or complicated).

I trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York and studied Holistic and Living Foods Nutrition. Over the years, I’ve led plant-powered cooking programs around the world and hosted retreats in Canada and Bali.

My classes are all about blending nutrition wisdom with real-life cooking skills — and keeping it fun! You’ll learn how to make meals that nourish your body, balance your hormones, and help you glow from the inside out.
