Hey! I’m Kristin.

A Plant-Based Chef and the Founder of Inner Glow Getter. I help women achieve their greatest health by healing their relationship with food through a modality I created called soul-based nutrition. I left my career as a Professional Mechanical Engineer to offer a more systemized and practical approach to healthy eating habits and to assist in healing and reversing ailments such as fatigue, weight gain, hormonal stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that plague society. 

I trained as a food and healing chef at New York’s plant-based culinary school, The Natural Gourmet Institute, while completing my internship at Pure Food and Wine. I went on to launch my own plant-based menu in Dubai with Essentially Juice Co. With my background in Holistic Nutrition through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and certification as a Spiritual Living Foods Instructor under the direction of Dr. Gabriel Cousens from the Tree of Life in Patagonia, Arizona, I love to share my passion for delicious, healthy meals that help people who struggle to stay on track get the nourishment they crave and align with their greater purpose.


Living in Bali for 2 years, I built a plant-based culinary program for health practitioners, chefs, and people looking to eat better. I host food and healing retreats in Canada and Bali, cater for events in Hollywood Hills for high-level entrepreneurs, provide cooking classes, and run online coaching programs, including the Inner Glow Transformation program, to help people who feel frustrated or overwhelmed get back on track with healthy eating and maintain their energy levels, starting from the inside out. I use a step-by-step proven method incorporating more plant-based foods, juice feasting, meditation, breathwork, and mindset strategies that break through blocks and resistance towards healthier behaviors, along with tracking tools to support clients around the world.
