MEET CHEF KRISTIN


Plant-Based Chef and Founder of Inner Glow Getter, Kristin helps women achieve their greatest health through soul-based nutrition.

She left her career as a Professional Mechanical Engineer to help people find a more systemized and practical approach to their healthy eating habits. She trained at New York’s plant-based culinary school, The Natural Gourmet Institute focusing on food and healing while completing her internship at Pure Food and Wine.

She went on to launch her own plant-based menu in Dubai with Essentially Juice Co. With her background in Holistic Nutrition through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and certification as a Spiritual Living Foods Instructor under the direction of Dr. Gabriel Cousens from the Tree of Life in Patagonia Arizona. She loves to share her passion for delicious, healthy meals that help people who struggle to stay on track get the nourishment they crave and align with their greater purpose.

Living in Bali for 2 years, she built a plant-based culinary program for health practitioners, chefs, and people who were looking to eat better. She hosts food and healing retreats in Canada and Bali, chefs for events in Hollywood Hills for high-level entrepreneurs, provides cooking classes, and runs online coaching programs, including the Inner Glow Transformation program to help people who feel frustrated or overwhelmed get back on track with healthy eating and maintain their energy levels, starting from the inside out.

Kristin uses a step-by-step proven method incorporating more plant-based foods, juice feasting, meditation, breathwork, and mindset strategies that break through blocks and resistance towards healthier behaviors, along with tracking tools to support clients around the world.
