Join us for a one afternoon only in-person cooking demo and tasting on the North end of Red Deer, AB designed to celebrate the rich, warming flavours of fall.
Discover how to create seasonal favourites like hearty curries, seasonal salads, and cozy gluten, dairy and egg free baked goods that bring comfort to your table and inspiration to your kitchen.
In Person Demo and Tasting Plant-Forward Cooking Classes led by Nutritional Chef Kristin Fraser, where women (and food lovers of all ages) can build confidence in the kitchen, expand their recipe repertoire, reconnect with nourishing foods, and learn practical skills to support vibrant health.
*All recipes are gluten free and dairy free. Proteins of choice can be added.Â

I’m a Food and Healing Chef, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, and the founder of Inner Glow Getter.
I’m here to help you feel more confident in the kitchen — so you can stop stressing about what to eat, keep your energy up, and feel really good in your body. Think delicious, easy-to-make meals that actually support your long-term health (without being boring or complicated).
I trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York and studied Holistic and Living Foods Nutrition. Over the years, I’ve led plant-powered cooking programs around the world and hosted retreats in Canada and Bali.
My classes are all about blending nutrition wisdom with real-life cooking skills — and keeping it fun! You’ll learn how to make meals that nourish your body, balance your hormones, and help you glow from the inside out.
