What is Plant Based Cooking?

Plant based cooking is preparing meals made of whole food plant based ingredients. This includes fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, and includes plant based proteins. There is no use of animal products such as meat, dairy and eggs and with my approach, for health purposes no gluten and no processed refined sugars.  Plant based foods have been known to increase energy, reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol, reverse chronic illness, promote longevity, enhance athletic performance, balance and stabilize hormones and blood sugar levels.
