Meet your Instructor: Chef Kristin left her engineering career 10 years ago to pursue her passion to help women find true health. She trained as a food and healing chef in New York City and worked in some of the top plant based restaurants in New York, including the infamous Pure Food and Wine - going on to open her own plant based food delivery menu in Dubai and headed to Bali Indonesia to teach plant based cooking and host inner healing retreats. She runs her own virtual cooking club and coaches women virtually to achieve their best health and is excited to show you just how delicious and easy healthy eating can be.
