A: No! You can implement as much or as little as you wish that will satisfy where you are at. For some just implementing a few meals per week makes a huge difference. Then you have lots of recipes to choose from for life. I still eat some animal based foods on occasion too. I don’t want you to put yourself in a “box”. Just work with what works.
